Truth vs Lies

China full of liars hence to work, stay, entertainment and eat in China to prevent locals cheat you, you must master 3 techniques, system analyse, documentation investigation and interview approach to live peacefully in China!

System analyse commonly use in work to determine a department work-in-progress (WIP) if is efficient comply with your company rules and regulations. If your China factory is not systematic will cause unwanted wastage in manufacture consumption because individual unit production is not liaise to each other. Production delay through miscommunication and irresponsibility behavior arises between departments because not transparent on systematical process to follow. Internal management loopholes open to public attacks because no rules enforcement and restrictions. Unwanted overheads losses cause by internal staff because company has no system hence individual staff set their own system approach creating more confusion and complicates in work. Therefore proper system set up in your company would prevent locals telling lies at the very beginning. Why, because you already control their time frame and responsibility to meet your company objective together with monetary penalty enforcement through system approach.

Documentation investigation often use in work, stay, entertainment and eat. Above system analyse beside differentiate if your staff telling lies you could counter-check his documentation. Example system set on workers recruitment but without proper documentation layout and format would your human resource staff able to fulfill your requirements and comply with local laws? If you didnt state age fill in column in your application form do you think new workers would take their own initiative to fill in if they are under age workers. Would you believe your recruitment staff on verbally check or keep a copy of workers’ photostat ID could be safer in your documentation? When you rent an accommodation if without proper  documentation rental contract would you feel safe? Or through verbal agreement in rental fees but in the end become lies upcharging your rent and confiscate your belongings by landlord? If you go for karaoke and the manager promise you will give you discount on your next visit but no discount coupon, would you believe him or if the manager not around who you pursue from? When you go to a restaurant but the menu didnt state the price only picture and name would you feel safe to order on your pocket money?

Lastly through interview approach technique in which one must possess experience, knowledge and maturity in own character to judge others attitude and expression. If you dont have experience in production scheduling would you be cheated by your production staffs’ reports? If you lack of production knowledge do you think you could control your production staffs or they control you because you couldnt differentiate if they are telling lies. Elders always look down on juniors if you are not mature, so how could you judge their working attitude and expression in their facial and emotional through interview? Interview technique require one must go through first 2 techniques on system analyse and documentation before he is qualified to use “interview”, through conversation determine and judge a person’s telling lies!

Telling lies is easy and differentiate between lies and truth above 3 techniques could allow you survive safely in China. But to become invincible you must be able to dig out from their bottom heart (内心) to disclose the truth. A typical example is Japan famous documentary series “Liar Game”. Beside possessing above 3 techniques another important and inborn (天生) factor is required, “Charisma” (领导力,感召力,号召力及魅力) to influence and direct the offender to turn over a new leaf (改邪归正), and accept (认同) you, win-win (双赢)!
